Use of force classes

Welcome and thank you for visiting Accuracy Northwest, your best resource for Washington State Use of Force Instruction. We provide the highest quality information that is invaluable for firearm owners. This course curriculum is prosecutor approved and has been attended by nearly 2,000 Washington State residents. Use of force and concealed carry laws specific to Washington are thoroughly discussed. After thousands of burglary investigations, I will discuss home security measures that work as well.

Washington is a “shall-issue” state, meaning that local law enforcement shall issue a concealed weapons license if the applicant meets certain qualifications. Of these qualifications, Washington does not require an applicant for a CPL to undergo firearm safety training or otherwise demonstrate knowledge of firearms safety. This is where many firearm owners are at risk; because they are not required to study or receive instruction regarding the law of use of force or concealed carry in general.

Residents of Washington State, a few questions to ask yourself:
What is lethal force and when can you use it?  How does justified force change when protecting persons vs. property?  What is a lethal threat? If you are a firearm owner, have a CPL, or want clarification on any of the questions above, my Washington State Use of Force Class is for you. There will be very in-depth discussions complete with detailed Q&A.

I am an active law enforcement officer and have based this class curriculum on 27 years of investigations and field work. I have a strong passion for conveying the correct information to the citizens of Washington State.
